[Enswitch-announce] Enswitch 3.13 now stable

Integrics are pleased to announce that Enswitch 3.13 is now officially 
the latest stable version. This version includes lots of new features:

In particular, it includes a completely new JSON API that makes it far 
easier to integrate Enswitch with other software. Integrics is already 
using this to create a new, modern javascript web interface for 
Enswitch, as well as a new desktop client for MS Windows. Several 
Enswitch customers have also started integration projects with their 
in-house and third party applications.

Enswitch is a complete integrated solution for commercial telephony 
services such as:

* Full featured multi-tenant hosted PBX.
* ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider).
* VoIP for WiFi providers.
* Toll-free and number translation services.
* Calling cards.

Enswitch is in production today with carriers worldwide on systems from
hundreds of users on single machines to over 150,000 users on
