[Enswitch-announce] BT IPX to switch to T.38

If you have inbound calls from BT IPX and are using fax, you should be 
aware that BT have announced they will be turning on T.38 in the next 
few weeks. Based on previous experience, this will break fax to email 
and fax to mailbox on Enswitch systems running Asterisk 1.4. It is 
therefore important that you upgrade to Asterisk 1.6 and Enswitch 3.0 or 
3.1 as soon as reasonably possible. If you would like assistance with
