Dear All,

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone we've worked with over the last 
year. It's been a pleasure. I'd like to wish you all a very merry 
Christmas and a happy 2010!

Enswitch support over Christmas and the New Year will be as follows:

- Non-emergency support will be closed from 12:00 UTC on Thursday 
December 24th to 09:00 UTC on Monday December 28th.

- Non-emergency support will be closed from 17:00 UTC on Thursday 
December 31st to 09:00 UTC on Monday January 4th.

- On other dates, non-emergency support will operate as normal.

- Emergency support for complete outages will be available 24/7/365 as 
always.
